Remote first & flexible NYC office
Many of our roles are remote-first, but we also offer flexibility for local employees to work out of our Union Square NYC headquarters.

At Unqork, we are proud to have eight Employee Resource Strategy Groups (ERSGs) that provide community, personal, and professional development opportunities for Unqorkers from underrepresented communities. Our ERSGs are:
- Subtle Asian Qorks: Supporting all of our Asian-identifying employees.
- Chocolatey: For our Black and Brown community members.
- Mucho Amor: Supporting our Hispanic/Latinx Unqorkers.
- Queer Qorks: Serving our LGBTQIA+ community.
- Womxn of Unqork: For our women-identifying Unqorkers.
- Unqork Access: Supporting differently-abled employees and focusing on increasing awareness and accessibility within the Unqork platform.
- Unqork Veterans: Supporting our veteran community.
- Caregivers of Unqork: Supporting all caregivers, parents, and their allies.
Inclusivity and Participation:
Everyone is encouraged to join these groups, regardless of whether they identify as a member of the group. You can support and participate in the conversations happening in their Slack channels. We encourage all Unqorkers to join and learn more about each group.
Structured Leadership and Support:
Our ERSGs are structured with leadership teams and executive sponsors. Leaders of these groups are compensated for the time and effort they dedicate to ERSG work, and their valuable contributions are recognized.
Funding and Impact:
Each group is provided with an annual budget for programming and learning and development opportunities, which drive business impact and strengthen our Unqork brand. These initiatives also play a crucial role in supporting Unqork’s broader DEI efforts.
