The economic disruptions caused by the pandemic threatened the ability of otherwise responsible homeowners to pay their mortgage and make other critical payments on time. As a result, many families face the threat of foreclosure and need the ability to cover associated ownership expenses such as primary and secondary mortgages, HOA fees, and non escrowed taxes and insurance. t. Fortunately, the federal government created the $10 billion Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) as part of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to keep families in their homes and help them recover.

Unqork Homeowner Assistance is a robust end-to-end platform that helps state agencies navigate the complexity of administering HAF resources. Our configurable solution empowers agencies to rapidly deploy a localized, fully compliant platform with intuitive stakeholder experiences that drive automated workflows. Complex, typically manual administrative tasks can now be processed at scale, such as conforming loan checks, confirming household AMI thresholds, and validating homeowner identity and proof of ownership. Using the Hardest Hit Fund (HHF) framework, integration with the Common Data File (CDF) can automate exchanges with primary mortgage providers from applicant validation to payments.
