Digital resilience is the measure of an organization's ability to rapidly adjust its digital infrastructure to address marketplace disruptions of any scale. Prior to last year, the urgency to prioritize resilience was cautionary and kick-down-the-line-able. And then, as the pandemic unfolded, a sharp competitive distinction was drawn between the resilience haves and the have-nots.
True resilience isn't just the result of making one decision or one investment and forgetting about it. It requires a sustained effort and a foundational reimagining of an enterprise's culture and the development tools they use. Such a large undertaking requires leadership straight from the top. This was the topic of a recent webinar co-presented by Unqork and Diligent, which you can watch in its entirety above.
The panel discussion was moderated by Unqork CEO Gary Hoberman who was joined by Gary Reiner (Board Member Citi, HPE; Operating Partner, General Atlantic), Maria Morris (Board Member Wells Fargo, S&P Global; Former EVP, Metlife), and Martin Davis (EVP & CIO, Southern Company; Board Member Southern State Corporation, Centerstate Bank N.A.).
