Unqork Ranked #1 of 100 Best Places to Work in NYC

It's official: Built In NYC has named Unqork is the best place to work in New York City.

Unqork is honored to be recognized as the Best Place To Work in New York City by Built In NYC, a web community focused on the Gotham-based startup and tech scene.

Built In's “Best Places to Work” list ranks 100 NYC-based tech companies based on employee benefits and employee-submitted compensation data. The site describes its algorithm-based ranking methodology as being ”based on compensation and employer benefits identified in our database. Compensation is weighted 50% and benefits are weighted 50%”

Compensation was based on “median percentile for all salaries” and compared agains all companies in the database, while benefits are separated by those “most important to our core audience” in six categories: Health & Wellness, Financial Planning & Stability, Flexible Work Environment, Diversity & Culture, Professional & Social Impact, Perks & Discounts.

The true thanks for this recognition goes to our “Unqorkers.” As we strive together to lead the no-code revolution in enterprise technology, our employees make Unqork the optimistic and driven workspace that it is.

Thank you, Built In NYC, for including us on your list, among many other innovative organizations. We look forward to continuing to grow together.

We’re aggressively hiring across a variety of roles at Unqork.

Unqork invented the first completely visual, no-code application platform that helps large enterprises build complex custom software faster, with higher quality and lower costs than traditional approaches—all without a single line of code. Unqork’s platform was designed to meet the complexity, scale, and security required to support mission-critical applications at the world’s largest enterprises.

Want to join the no-code revolution? We’re aggressively hiring across a variety of roles at Unqork. And we aren’t letting social-distancing stand in our way. All Unqorkers are currently working remotely and will continue to do so until—at least—half-way through 2021 and we return to our spacious Union Square headquarters (if and when it’s safe to do so). As of writing, more than 100 full-time employees have been onboarded completely remotely, with more joining every week.
