Goldman Sachs: Eliminating handoffs in term life processes
Goldman Sachs’s Reinhard discussed building an end-to-end digital platform for Goldman Sachs Ayco’s term life insurance business on Unqork’s CaaS platform.
“We wanted people to get all the way through to a signed application without having any handoffs, either human or digital,” explained Reinhart. “We also needed it to coincide with our enterprise applications.”
To make that happen, Reinhart and his team turned to Unqork. Today, the frontend experience is completely housed on Unqork, said Reinhard.
Broadridge: Extreme configurability for onboarding experiences
Joseph Lo discussed the ways Broadridge leverages CaaS to build more optionality and configurability in the onboarding journeys for wealth management firms.
“Unqork's been a big help for us, and we're using the platform to incrementally go through some of our most important applications and bring them into modern web land,” said Lo. “It's been great.”
JPMorgan Chase: Developers and the business on one page
To automate processes and improve investor experiences, JPMorgan Chase adopted robotic process automation (RPA) and other technologies over the last several years. However, the organization was missing “a workflow system that glues many of those components together,” Mony explained.
Thanks to Unqork’s CaaS platform, his teams now have a way to connect the dots. Better yet, they have the ability to go beyond even an agile framework to “basically build live.”
“Rather than a million Jira stories, business partners and developers are able to sit down and collaboratively configure a page together and get real-time feedback,” said Mony.
